Refund policy
1. Overview
All our products are made to order and shipped with care. We aim to ensure every order reaches you in perfect condition. Please read the following policy to understand how refunds, returns, and cancellations are handled.
2. Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
- Refunds or replacements are offered only if a product is defective, damaged, misprinted, or incorrect due to our error.
- You must contact us within 7 days of delivery with:
- A clear unboxing video
- Photographs of the defective item and original packaging
- Claims without these may be denied.
- Once approved, we will reprint and reship the item at no extra cost or issue a refund.
3. Lost Shipments
If a shipment is confirmed lost by the courier, a refund or replacement will be processed.
4. Undelivered Orders & Return to Origin (RTO)
- If delivery fails and the package is returned to us, it will be stored in our return inventory.
- You can request to re-ship the item instead of placing a new order:
- Requests must be made within 100 days of the return date.
- A storage fee of ₹20 + 18% GST per product applies, along with shipping charges.
- Items stored beyond 100 days are discarded and cannot be shipped again.
- No refunds are provided for returns caused by wrong addresses, incorrect pin codes, or non-serviceable locations.
5. Size Exchanges & Customer Errors
We do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as ordering the wrong size, change of mind, or no defect. A new order must be placed in such cases.
6. Order Cancellations
- Orders can be canceled only while they are in “Live” status in our system.
- Once the order has moved to “Printed” or “Manifested” status, cancellation is no longer possible.
- If an order has already shipped, you may reject the delivery, and it will be processed as a return (RTO).
- Approved cancellations are refunded, usually as store credit or to your original payment method, depending on processing.
7. Color & Size Variations
- Minor color differences may occur due to printing and display settings. For exact color matching, ordering a sample first is recommended.
- Slight variations in measurements (±0.5 inches) are considered acceptable and are not eligible for returns.
8. Filing a Claim
- Contact our support team within 7 days of delivery.
- Include:
- Order number
- Unboxing video showing packaging and defect
- Photos of the product and packaging
- We will review your claim and update you on the resolution.

Important: Unboxing videos are mandatory for any refund or replacement request. We are not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect shipping details provided by the customer.
